Like the Devso Service Status, this isn't something I sell and its not 100% complete yet. Its used to keep support requests and bug reports in a single place. Support tickets are kept private between myself and who raised it and they'll receive notifications when I update. The bug reports are all public so everyone can see what issues are currently known to avoid duplicate issues being raised - or at least hopefully.
This is very basic at the moment but hopefully plan to expand it to include better functionality and search capabilities, but this isn't heavily used at the moment so not a priority.
